A long phone charger and headphones
Nipple cream if you plan on breastfeeding, my favorite is by earth mama on amazon
Extra pillows, a breastfeeding pillow is also helpful
Perineal spray, sometimes Fort Belvoir is out of dermaplast (it helps with pain) but personally after 3 children I have found that Earth Mama works and feels much better, its also on amazon
Newborn
Fort Belvoir provides diapers, wipes, lotion, diaper cream
Bring 2 onesies, 1 pair of pajamas, and a going home outfit
If you have a cozy baby blanket you can bring that as well but they provide plenty of hospital baby blankets
Breast Pump
Fort Belvoir will provide their hospital grade pump with unopened parts for you to utilize, however it is dependent on how busy the unit is and how many other moms are using it. Many Moms have recommended bringing your own pump and saving yourself the time/headache of requesting theirs.
